Do the website prices apply everywhere?
The discounted prices shown online apply to the Science Lab, New Market branch. Delivery is free nationwide and warranty is official everywhere, but the cash discount itself is branch-specific. Call 01798-750383 to confirm the price for your order.
Is installation included?
Installation is free inside Dhaka city and carried out by our own technicians, with 10 ft of copper pipe and cable included. Extra pipe is billed per foot and an outdoor bracket is charged separately. Outside Dhaka, delivery is free but installation is arranged by the customer.
How does the warranty work?
Warranty is registered at the point of sale and honoured at any authorised service point in Bangladesh — not only at our showroom. Inverter units carry up to 12 years on the compressor, 5 years on spare parts and 2 years of free service; other lines vary. Keep your invoice for any claim.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — credit-card EMI up to 36 months, conditions applying. There is no separate cash instalment scheme. In store we also accept bKash, card and cash.
How quickly will someone respond?
Sales enquiries by phone or WhatsApp are answered within about 15 minutes between 9am and 9pm. Service requests on 16649 are logged the same day. WhatsApp is fastest if you can send a photo of the unit or room.
